An SLA is necessary to ensure that all providers will commit to providing the correct services. Royston Consulting uses its own well established existing portfolio of six SLAs that it customizes to the client's specific needs. This approach allows us to deliver an efficient and comprehensive SLA in very a short time.
IT Policies
IT Policies are top-management statements to ensure that decisions taken on a service management level are aligned with overall company objectives and that, on an operational level, IT managers are able to refer to a corporate framework when enforcing best practices. Royston Consulting uses a well established existing portfolio of six one-page IT policies that cover all that is customized to the client's specific needs.
